I am writing this email in hopes that you will help bring some attention to the unsolved murder of Crystal Fisher. March 2, 2010 was the last day anyone spoke to or saw Crystal alive. Shortly before midnight on March 2nd, Crystal was shot multiple times as she sat in her car outside an apartment complex in Junction City. Multiple media venues, including yours, picked up the story with the headline all saying something similar to “Woman Found Dead in Running Car”. Sadly this information was provided to the media prior to Crystal’s parents or children were notified. Our family has requested information from the local police department on a regular basis and continues to get conflicting information.
The one year anniversary of Crystal’s murder is only 2.5 weeks away, and we still have no answers. Her three young boys have all been separated and now live in three different states. Two of the boys will never have the honor to know their mother and how much she truly loved them. The oldest will forever have the memory of his mom’s last words to him “I’ll see you in a couple days” as he left that evening to stay with an aunt and uncle for two nights.
Our family is begging someone to help us find answers to her murder. We ask that you please help us by bringing her case up in the news again. Our hope is having media attention to her case will encourage a witness to come forward or to help get some answers from the police department. Any family member would be more than willing to speak to someone to help solve this case.
